Shipping policy

 

 

 

1- Dispatch Processing

Orders are processed within (1 – 3) business days. During peak periods or product launches, processing may take longer. We do not ship on public holidays.

• Free delivery on orders above 15.000 ISK

 

2- Delivery in Iceland

We currently ship within Iceland only. International shipping will be available in the future. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

 

• North Region (incl. Akureyri): typically, (1 – 3) business days
• Capital Region (Reykjavík): typically, (2 – 4) business days
• Regional Iceland: typically, (2 – 4) business days

 

Delivery times are estimates and not binding. During winter, transit times may be affected by weather and regional carrier constraints. We ship with Pósturinn.

 

3. Tracking

All orders include tracking where available for the selected shipping method. Tracking details are sent via email or SMS once the Pósturinn has scanned your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of your dispatch confirmation, contact us at support@springandrepublic.com.

 

4. Packaging

We ship using recycled and recyclable packaging where possible. Please reuse the packaging for returns or recycle it according to local guidelines.

 

5. Delivery Failures

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address at checkout. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, or a package is not collected from a pickup point and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply in these cases.

 

6. Local Pickup (Akureyri)

Local pickup is available at our Akureyri office Goðanesi 6, Door 105, 603. Orders are typically ready within 24 hours on business days. Pickup hours are 10:00–15:00 on business days. Pickup instructions will be sent to you after checkout.
