We visit our partners regularly to review production practices, exchange knowledge, and maintain direct working relationships. They range from family-owned facilities to larger producers with dedicated compliance teams. What they have in common is more important than their size: clear standards and traceability.

Every facility operates under EU labour law. That means formal employment contracts, regulated working hours, paid annual leave, social security protections, and health and safety requirements, for every person involved in making your clothes.
